Amelia Island Plantation’s Tennis Villas Sell Out
During the Preferred Purchaser Lottery!

The Real Estate department at Amelia Island Plantation held the Tennis Villas Preferred Purchaser Lottery, November 5, 2004.  The new complex is a complete sell out of all 18 villas!

“We are experiencing near-record numbers of potential buyers responding to our marketing efforts and our, always important, referral network,” says Norman Bray, Executive Vice President of Amelia Island Company.  “Tennis Villas was no exception.”

The new Tennis Villas complex features 18, 1,425 square foot units.  Each unit was sold completely furnished to include all house wares.  The owners will be able to choose from stylish, yet functional, furniture packages and many special features to ensure that they and their guests will experience the best in comfortable resort living.

By the lottery’s beginning at 11:00 am on the 5th, the real estate department had collected 61 entrants for the 18 available units.  The event took approximately 35 minutes with the professionals drawing numbers to assign units.  The preferred purchasers will receive a $20,000 pre-construction discount, one year of Amelia Island Club dues, the opportunity to join the Amelia Island Club upon signing a contract and a lock-in, refundable deposit amount until closing of unit.

The lottery was finished with a champagne toast to celebrate.  “The result of this lottery is over $8 million in Sales for the Amelia Island company” continues Bray.  “This is another testimony to the strong Real Estate Values at Amelia Island Plantation.”

Present at the event was Jack Healan, President of Amelia Island Company; Norman Bray, Executive Vice President; Richard Goldman, Vice President of Marketing; Cindy Zoul, Director of Real Estate Administration; Margaret Ann Wood, Executive Assistant to Norman Bray; Preferred Purchasers of Tennis Villas and many of the real estate professionals of Amelia Island Plantation.
