No other vacation rental website can provide you access to our resort amenities and activities with your villa rental -- except ours!
Our online booking system offers your real-time availability and access to the best prices for our villa reservations. All reservations made online are encrypted and secure. Once you reserve your villa online, an email confirmation will be sent to your email address.

To Reserve a Room Online:
You must be 21 years or older to make a villa reservation. All persons less than 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their stay.
Reservations/Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
A deposit equal to two nights' room or package rate is required at the time of booking. Deposits assure accommodations for the scheduled arrival day. Upon arrival, the remainder of the stay is payable upon check-in. Deposits are fully refundable with 14 days
notice prior to arrival. Modified cancellation policies may apply to reservations made over the following holidays and special events:
- Concours d' Elegance Weekend
- Easter Weekend
- Memorial Day Weekend
- Shrimp Festival Weekend
- 4th of July Weekend
- Florida vs Georgia Weekend
Rates reflect two adults per room. Up to two children 17 and under are free in room when sharing accommodations with parent(s). A $40 resort service fee is charged per person per night in addition to room rate and package rate. Rates vary and are based on availability, subject to change without notice and are not available to conference groups.
Housekeeping Policies:
At the Villas of Amelia Island Plantation, we are pleased to provide our guests with the highest levels of service. All rooms will receive daily housekeeping services, except for the Long Term Rental program. Daily service includes housekeeping services, bath and linens services, trash removal, vacuuming and loading/unloading of dishwashers.
Villa Pet Policy:
Pets (cats and dogs only) are permitted in select villas. A nonrefundable deposit will be charged
according to villa type. We allow only one pet per guest room and pets must be on a leash when on resort property unless in the villa.

Check-In and Check-Out Time :
Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. EST
Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. EST;
(1:00 p.m. check-out may be available for $75; after 1:00 p.m. full
nightly rate applies.)
Taxes:
Room rates do not include applicable taxes. An 11% tax will be added to the rates for your total stay.
