Falcon Burger
8 oz. ground Angus beef w/bacon & cheese on a homemade jalapeño cheddar or wheat bun. Served with French fries.

Baby Back Ribs: ½ rack- Full rack
Braised mesquite seasoned ribs with our own BBQ sauce.
Served with French fries & coleslaw.

Tail Wing Salad
Chopped Iceburg lettuce with sliced cucumbers, roma tomatoes, chunky bleu cheese, crispy bacon, shaved onions & garlic croutons.
Choice of balsamic, bleu cheese, ranch or Thousand Island

Pulled Pork Sandwich
Slow roasted pork mixed with our own BBQ sauce and topped
off with coleslaw. Served on a Keiser roll with chips.

Island Chicken Sandwich
Grilled marinated chicken breast, topped with grilled pineapple, bacon and swiss cheese on a jalapeño cheddar bun with French fries.

Southwest Philly Steak
Thin sliced steak with caramelized peppers and onions topped with jalapeño cheese. Served on a hoagie roll with French fries.

Falcon’s Nest Club
Thin sliced ham and turkey topped with swiss and american cheeses, lettuce, and bacon. Served on Texas toast with chips. The way a club sandwich should be.

Pastrami and Swiss
Warm Pastrami, swiss cheese, and coleslaw. Served on seeded rye bread with chips.

B-52 Burrito
Steamed flour tortilla with Spanish rice, black beans, pico de gallo, shredded cheddar cheese. Served with sour cream, salsa & guacamole on the side.
