Wedding Coordination
Your Wedding and Event Planning Manager can provide you with a list of our recommended vendors for you to choose from. After you have made your plans, your Wedding and Event Planning Manager will assist in coordinating the details of the day with your selected vendors from our recommendation list.

Menu Tastings
Brides and grooms of evening weddings of 75 or more guests will have the opportunity to experience their wedding day menus at a tasting no later six weeks in advance of the wedding date. Menu Tastings must be arranged with your Wedding and Event Planning Manager and are scheduled only on certain days and times to ensure availability of your Manager, the Banquet and Pastry Chefs. Smaller and Day Weddings can arrange a menu tasting at a discounted rate. The pricing in our packages refers specifically to the attached menus. Our talented culinary team would be pleased to add any enhancements to your package that would reflect your unique style.

Deposit and Payment
To secure your date, a signed function space agreement and a minimum $2,000.00 non-refundable deposit is required. A formal contract will then be generated. A credit card authorization form must be completed, prior to the event, for any additional charges.

Hotel Room
A complimentary Oceanview Hotel Room is provided for the bride and groom for evening weddings of 75 guests or more on the night of your wedding.

Guest Room Reservation
Should you require rooms for your out of town guests, a number of rooms at a reduced rate can be reserved under the name of your wedding. Your Wedding and Event Planning Manager will provide you with the details and a contract to reserve the rooms.

Food and Beverage Guarantees
A meal guarantee is required 3 working days prior to your function no later than 2pm. If your guarantee is not received, the expected number indicated on the banquet event order will serve as guarantee. If attendance falls below guarantee, the host/group will be responsible for the number guaranteed.

Seating
60” Round tables, seating 8 each, are the usual preference. Other seating arrangements are available where equipment permits. Please advise the Wedding and Event Planning Manager of your head table requirements.

Decorations, Entertainment and Other services
Your planning manager will be happy to assist you with centerpieces, decorations, and linens. Transportation, music, entertainment, photographic, and videography services are available, and can be arranged to meet your needs. We also have a wonderful production company that can create themed events to delight and entertain your guests.

Staffing
Bars- One bar per 75 - 100 guests for Open Bars
Buffets- One buffet per 100 (breakfast, lunch) One buffet per 150 (dinner).
Chefs & Carvers are required for some menus. Carvers will be charged at $125 per chef.

Outdoor Functions
Poolside events may not be scheduled to begin prior to 7:00 PM. Resort reserves the right to make the final decision on whether the function will be outdoors or indoors. Once the resort makes the decision, it is final. Curfew on music and entertainment scheduled at pool decks, Oceanview Terrace, Patios and Grand Pavilion is 10:00 PM; Walker's Landing is 9:00 PM outdoors/ 10:00pm indoors.
