ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
The sale and service of all alcoholic beverages is governed by the Florida State Liquor Commission. As a licensee, we are responsible for the administration of beverage regulations. It is a policy, therefore, that all liquor and wines must be supplied by the resort. Amelia Island Plantation encourages safe and responsible alcohol consumption.

Legal drinking age in the State of Florida is 21.
Absolutely no alcoholic beverages will be served to individuals unable to provide valid identification proving they are of legal drinking age. Amelia Island Plantation Staff, by use of professional training, certification and personal judgment, reserves the right to decline serving alcoholic beverages to any individual.
