Beachside Ceremonies
You can say “I do” with sand between your toes, the sound of soothing waves in the background and a breath-taking view of the sparkling blue Atlantic Ocean.
Usage and set-up includes:
Professional Wedding Coordination from Amelia Island Plantation staff, white folding chairs and a back-up conference room in the event of inclement weather.
Beachside ceremonies may only be available when reserving the Ocean View Room for the reception. The Oceanview Room and Terrace will accommodate up to 152 guests for a plated dinner and 128 for a buffet.
Please note that all outdoor locations require a conference room back up in the event of inclement weather. A weather call must be made 3 hours prior to the event start time.

Located on the Marsh side of the Plantation, Walker’s Landing offers a view of the wild, yet wonderful, salt marsh teaming with wild life. Guests can enjoy a sunset view from the balcony surrounding this octagonal shaped facility. Indoors boasts hard wood floors, a fieldstone fireplace, and windows surrounding the perimeter. This location can accommodate up to 160 guests for a buffet dinner (No plated dinners over 75 guests).
A usage fee and Food and Beverage minimum will apply.
{Outdoor music must end by 9pm and Indoor music must end by 10pm at Walkers Landing.}

Sabal Palm Dinners
Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, this location offers a magnificent ocean view exclusive to your invited guests. The Sabal Palm Room is located adjacent to the Ocean Grill Dining Room in the Amelia Inn. It provides a more intimate location for a more formal plated dinner.
The Sabal Palm Room is much more than a private dining room, it is a true dining experience providing luxury service without being uptight . We invite you and your guests to enjoy fresh salt air breezes and the soothing sound of the surf from our outdoor balcony. In the dining room, you’ll discover your menu is custom created by our award winning culinary team, focusing on your group's specific needs and desires. Our superb wait staff guarantees a night of friendly service.
Please note that the banquet department does not service this venue. It is a private dining room with select menus.
This room accommodates up to 32 guests. A $1000 Usage fee and $1,500 (Tuesday-Saturday) and $3,000 (Sunday & Monday) Food and Beverage minimum will apply for this location.

We would love the opportunity to showcase Amelia Island Plantation as a possible location for your wedding. As we are a private gated community, we do required that day visitors be escorted. Please contact the Wedding & Event Department, at 904.321.5049 Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5pm to schedule a property tour. As the resort is usually booked with events on the weekends, Saturday and Sunday appointments may be difficult. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.
