ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Upon arrival, please proceed down the escalator, to Baggage Claim, to claim your luggage. If you need assistance, skycaps are available. Tipping is at the discretion of each guest. Exit the doors on the North end of the Airport, this will be to your left as you travel down the escalator, (signage is provided). The Transportation Booth is located on the sidewalk. It is important that you check in with the attendant on duty. Provide your name and request that you be directed to the Amelia Island Plantation vehicle, where our staff will greet and assist you.

All flights are monitored and seats will be reserved on subsequent shuttles should a flight delay occur.

DEPARTURE SHUTTLE
The day prior to your scheduled departure from Amelia Island Plantation, please re-confirm your departure transfer time with the Transportation Office at ext. 5920. Transportation from Amelia Island Plantation to Jacksonville International Airport departs on the hour (based on reservation) from the entrance of the Reception Center. You should plan on departing at least 2-3 hours prior to your scheduled flight time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
· 72 Hour Notice Of Cancellation is required to receive full
   credit.
· Minimum one-way charge for No Show reservations.

A complete (arrival/departure) travel manifest must be received 14 days prior to arrival.

Reservations made within 48 hours of arrival may necessitate our use of outside transportation sources at a higher per person rate.

Any prearranged off-site transfer service requires a 72 hour notice of guarantee. If guarantee is not received, the expected number will become the guarantee.


TRAM SERVICE (On Property)
Tram Service operates daily: 6:00am - 11:00pm
(Trams operate :"on call" between 11:00pm-2:30am)
Pickup is at your villa tram stop on a 10-15 minute interval.

For Conference Attendees...
Your Conference Service Manager can schedule shuttle service from villa tram stops to meetings, meal functions and recreational activities, beginning 15 minutes prior to the start of your first daily event. These shuttles will be outlined in an agenda sent to the meeting planner for approval.
