Brooks Rehabilitation, the premier rehabilitaion center in Northeast Florida has an office at 8 Amelia Circle, across from the Amelia Island Plantation Reception center. Brooks Rehabilitation provides physical therapy and speech therapy with certified therapists who receive ongoing training in the latest approaches and provide highly personalized, evidence-based care.
