Naturalist Kayak
Join a naturalist on a leisurely paddle through the marsh. Search for birds, fish and other unique animals that flourish throughout this dynamic ecosystem. Geared towards all skill levels, this two-hour paddle includes an introductory lesson. Must be 8 years old to participate and 14 years old to paddle alone. Tandem kayaks are available. Be sure to bring sun screen, bug repellent, and dress to get wet. Registration is required at least 24 hours in advance. Meets at Walker’s Landing. $60/person.
Naturalist Segway
Cruise Amelia Island on a Segway Human Transporter for a nature tour like no other. Our naturalist will lead you through maritime forests, marsh boardwalks and beachside paths to learn about plants, animals and natural forces that shape our island. Minimum weight requirement 65lbs. $80/person.
