Dusky Shark

This shark is relatively slender and dark gray to bluish in color. Dusky sharks can reach a length of 12 feet
and the young are sometimes 3 feet long at birth. These sharks feed primarily on bottom-dwelling fish and
smaller sharks. It lives throughout the Atlantic Ocean and is most often caught during the winter months in Florida.
