Training & Development
Our award-winning* orientation program will get you off to a great start:
- Company orientation (includes site tours, company information, safety training, menu sampling and even a scavenger hunt!)
- Department orientation
- Food Handler’s Certification for F&B employees
- Customer Service training
- Process-Based Leadership training
- One-on-One Managers’ Orientation
On-going training & development includes:
- 40 hours of training per year
- A minimum of four management development workshops per year with many to choose from
- Technology training (company systems and basic software programs)
- Professional & skills development (time management, communication, upselling, etc.)
- Online presentations, technology tips
- AHLA Educational Institute’s Courseline® for Managers and Supervisors
- Up to 40 hours of career development training per year.
