Culinary IV

Mission
To insure that the quality of our products exceeds the expectations of our guests through offering the highest quality food experience.

Job Summary
Culinary IV will prepare all menu items in an efficient, timely manner observing all quality standards. Will need to be able to work in any Chefs position when needs arise. Candidate must possess the knowledge and abilities to work any station assigned, and also be able to prepare and produce all menu items for all outlets. Will assist with the supervision and instruction of staff as well as monitor for a safe and sanitary work environment. Always maintain the company’s beliefs and guiding principles.

Knowledge, Experience and Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Vocational preparatory training in basis cooking skills
4+ years experience in related field

Required Skills or Proficiencies:
Positive learning experience
Willing to learn new concepts
Willing to teach new concepts
Able to understand and perform basic skills
Understand/speak/read/and writes basic English.
Functionally literate with written and math skills associated with position
Ability to apply common sense understanding
Advanced Cooking skill
Strong organizational skills
Strong management skills
Ability to follow all standards and procedures as stated
