With 23 Har-Tru® fast-dry clay courts shaded beneath majestic Live Oaks in a beautiful Florida tennis setting, guests and professionals alike have enjoy play by day and by night. Since 1974, the legends of tennis that have played at Amelia Island Plantation include Andre Agassi, Martina Navratilova, Chris Evert, Martina Hingis, Maria Sharapova and the Williams sisters.
To enable our guests to learn like professionals, our Gunterman Schools’ teaching pros provide excellent individual tennis and group instruction. They utilize ball machines that provide shots from topspin lobs to zingers down the center line. Whether a beginning tennis player or a lifelong competitor, Gunterman Schools and Amelia Island Plantation will provide great tennis and great tennis instruction.
