Atlantic salmon oven-roasted on cedar wood,
brushed with a honey citrus whiskey glaze

Pan-roasted until the skin is crispy and meat juicy,
served with zinfandel jus and fresh thyme

Served with orange blossom honey and
spiced mashed sweet potatoes.
