Teri As part of this incredible day, mothers and daughters will be able to spend time connecting, dreaming and enriching their relationship. Starting with yoga outside in nature (weather permitting) with well loved yoga teacher Teri Daggett and a guided meditation designed to help both mother and daughter connect with the joy of their special bond. The day will take each through the rejuvenation process, deepening their understanding and enjoyment of each other. In addition, during a special one hour session, Tara Meyer-Robson will give you real tools for profound growth and understanding in your relationship, helping you to be able to communicate with openness, understanding, and unconditional love. Finally, the journaling exercises throughout the day will allow mother and daughter to create a truly unique gift filled with memories and love, which will be exchanged at the end of the day. It promises to be a day that you will both treasure for years to come!

Things to Bring: favorite mother/daughter pictures, comfortable clothes (appropriate for yoga and hiking), and walking shoes.

*$25 discount for parties of 3 ($150 for additional person)
